Briar cottage is a family owned and run park, located in a rural setting on the Witterings peninsular, close to the South Downs National Park. The park is situated just a 10 minutes level stroll from the extensive facilities of Wittering village. The award winning blue flag beach provides over 54 acres of sand, pools, saltings and sand dunes managed by the West Wittering Trust. Briar Cottage provides the perfect site for your leisure home, affording you the opportunity to enjoy relaxing weekends, and stress free annual holidays, without spending hours in the car, or on spiralling fuel costs.

The Witterings is also an excellent area for cyclists of all ages and abilities. The terrain is very flat and safe, and long forgotten skills will soon be regained. Evening beach rides are very popular, often set against spectacular sunsets with shooting stars provide the backdrop for alfresco dining and barbecues.

We provide 74 pitches for owner occupied leisure homes, in an ideal location. All are for use, by owners and their families, sub letting is not permitted. The park is open for 8 months of the year.
